EXPERIENCE:

Taylor Calcara developed his education and training for the legal profession with an emphasis in the general business and transactional practice areas. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has honed his skills by representing clients in various business transactions including business entity formation, asset purchases, corporate finance, and real estate transfers. He has employed many of his skills in business and corporate law for use in the energy and utility law practice area.
