Spencer K. Bailly

EXPERIENCE:

Spencer Bailly was born in Wichita, Kansas, and has moved to progressively smaller towns ever since. After attending Bethel College in North Newton for his undergraduate degree, then relocating to Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, and finally, happily, landing in Great Bend, Spencer and his wife now spend time raising their family. He began his legal career in criminal defense and family law but pivoted to prosecution as an Assistant County Attorney in Barton County. There he spent his time in the court room, presenting evidence and negotiating plea agreements, skills that translate well to private practice. Spencer works hard to solve problems and find the best possible solutions for his clients. He strives to be available for his clients and ready to advise on whatever issues they are facing.
