Allen Glendenning has 37+ years of experience in litigation and is well regarded for his skillful and pragmatic approach to litigation issues.He handles a large number of civil cases at both the trial and appellate levels, in both the federal and state court systems.

Mr. Glendenning specializes in the representation of municipalities, schools, and other local governmental entities in Kansas on a wide variety of claims.
Mr. Glendenning has argued landmark cases before the Appellate Courts of the State of Kansas, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, resolving previously unanswered questions concerning the interpretation of Kansas and Federal statutes.
