Experience:
Francis Schneider is a trial attorney practicing in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, business disputes, labor and employment law, personal injury, premises liability, civil rights, and class actions. He has represented companies, individuals, licensed professionals, municipalities, schools, and governmental entities across a broad range of substantive legal areas before federal and state district courts in both Kansas and Missouri.
Francis is also an experienced appellate attorney before both state and federal appellate courts, having most recently argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
In addition to his litigation practice, Francis regularly assists clients with commercial transactions, real estate transactions, construction contracts, and employment counseling.
Francis was born and raised in a small town outside of Wichita. Prior to attending law school, Francis worked as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 Company that operated in the agricultural and energy sectors, where he first learned to develop successful client relationships through business operations that he supported in his roles.
Francis is husband to Carly and father to Mason and Harper.
