Experience:
Spencer Bailly was born in Wichita, Kansas, and has enjoyed moving to ever smaller cities since then. He attended Bethel College in North Newton for his undergraduate degree in history. After that he relocated to Topeka to attend Washburn University School of Law and finally, happily, moved to Great Bend with his wife, Molly. Spencer and his wife now spend time raising their family and enjoying the outdoors. He began his legal career in criminal defense and family law but pivoted to prosecution as an Assistant County Attorney in Barton County. There he spent his time in the court room, presenting evidence and negotiating plea agreements, skills that translate well to private practice. Spencer’s practice now focuses on managing an active case load including civil litigation, insurance defense, and municipal law. He works hard to solve problems and find the best possible solutions for his clients. He strives to be available for his clients and ready to advise on whatever issues they are facing.
