He regularly assists clients with negotiating and drafting power purchase/sale agreements, wholesale power and transmission arrangements, construction and service contracts, financing agreements, joint-use and pole attachment agreements, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and other commercial transactions essential to utility operations.

In addition to transactional matters, Taylor counsels electric cooperative clients on corporate governance, member relations, regulatory developments and proceedings, risk management, and compliance issues arising under state and federal utility frameworks. His experience includes advising clients through complex projects involving grid modernization, renewable energy initiatives, load service requests, and evolving reliability and resiliency demands within the electric utility sector.
