EXPERIENCE:<\/b><\/h4>

Mark Rondeau has been practicing law for close to forty years. Over the years, his practice evolved from a litigation-based practice working to resolve disputes into one helping clients to plan and avoid disputes. His experience in both the litigation arena and in an \u201coffice\u201d practice, give him a global perspective allowing him to anticipate and address matters well beyond the immediate issues on which clients are focused.<\/h4>

Most of his current practice is related to Wills, Trusts Probate and Powers of Attorney and dealing with the complexities of Medicaid planning and eligibility. He also focuses on transactional and business related matters such as and real estate contracts and exchanges under IRS Section 1031, regulatory compliance, water and agricultural law.<\/h4>

Mr. Rondeau is now \u201cof counsel\u201d with the firm, but still brings insight, experience and loyalty to his clients. Whether it is drafting a simple estate plan or negotiating and drafting a multimillion-dollar contract, Mr. Rondeau\u2019s goal is simple: \u201cI want every client to feel they are my most important client and have the best lawyer \u201con their side\u201d.<\/h4>
